About the Role
Zetamate Lifecare Services is looking for a dedicated and energetic Service Executive to support our growing network of guava farming projects. In this role, you will work directly with farmers on-site to ensure optimal farm health, deliver necessary agricultural inputs, and maintain farm infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Farm Visits: Regularly visit existing guava farms to monitor crop health and progress.
- Input Delivery: Deliver medicines, fertilizers, and other required farming materials directly to farm sites.
- Infrastructure Inspection: Inspect and check the working condition of drip irrigation systems and solar fencing.
- Agri-Consultation: Guide and assist farmers with basic crop care routines and address their technical farm-related queries as needed.
- Reporting: Maintain simple field logs and report farm updates to the office.
Candidate Requirements
- Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License.
- Communication: Good local-language communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with farmers.
- Language: Basic ability to read and understand simple English for product labels, delivery receipts, and basic instructions.
- Work Style: Self-motivated, punctual, and comfortable with regular field travel.
- Background: Prior experience in agriculture, horticulture, or field sales/service is a plus. Freshers passionate about agriculture are also welcome.
