A Compact-Land Model for Premium Mango Cultivation

Project Addi Vridhi is a contract-farming initiative of Zetamate Lifecare Services for small and medium landholders. It uses a base plot of 1,742 sq. ft. for 10 premium Miyazaki Mango saplings.

Years 1 to 3 focus on plantation establishment, crop care and canopy development. Commercial harvesting and buyback run from Year 4 through Year 10.

LANDOWNER RESPONSIBILITIES

Basic Site Preparation and Daily Care

  • Provide 1,742 sq. ft. of well-fenced and unshaded land.
  • Ensure proper drainage and reliable irrigation.
  • Complete initial pit digging as instructed.
  • Protect the plants from livestock and maintain daily security.
  • Apply supplied fertilizers and medicines on time.
PROJECT INCOME STRUCTURE

Three Development Years and Seven Harvest Years

Years 1–3: Plantation, vegetative growth, canopy building and maturity. Projected farmer income is ₹0 during the development period.

Years 4–10: Seven commercial harvest cycles. The base project uses 10 plants at ₹10,000 per plant, producing ₹1,00,000 per year.

Projected base return: ₹7,00,000 over seven harvest years.
